Level 8 – Operations Manager

Course Overview: This is a Senior Management course for employees who have completed Level 7 training. This course provides the general training required for Level 8 – Operations Manager. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate that you have successfully completed the requirements.

Level 8 training – Level 8 begins the Senior Management Level.  This level is about managing people, processes, Strategy, and Improving outcomes. The operations manager is the assistant to the Farm Manager.

To be eligible for promotion to the next level, you must successfully complete one of the Level 8 training courses.

• Head Veterinarian

 Note:

• In addition to Job training, ALL employees are required to complete the Human Resource (HR) training and Compliance training.
• All new employees that join ABOVE the level 2 entry level position, must take 2 weeks of Level 2 training prior to starting their position.
