Level 7.2 – Supervisor Heifer Unit

Course Overview: This is a Junior Management course for employees who have completed Level 6 training. This course provides the general training required for Level 7 – Supervisor Heifer Unit. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate that you have successfully completed the requirements.

Level 7 training – Level 7 is the unit supervisory role. The Junior Management positions are one of the most critical levels for the success of the farm. In addition to developing your leadership skills and developing the skills of your junior team members, you will need to monitor the outcomes and strive for continual improvement. At this level, it is more about managing people and processes.

To be eligible for promotion to the next level, you must successfully complete all Level 6 training.

 Note:

• In addition to Job training, ALL employees are required to complete the Human Resource (HR) training and Compliance training.
• All new employees that join ABOVE the level 2 entry level position, must take 2 weeks of Level 2 training prior to starting their position.
