Level 3.3 – Operator 1

Title: Level 3 – Operator 1

Course Overview: This is a mid-level course for employees who have completed Level 2 training. This course provides the general training required for Level 3 – Operator 1. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate that you have successfully completed the requirements.

Operator 1 training is an introduction to operating small equipment and will cover skid loader operation, Tractor <100 HP operation with and without implements. Upon completion of this training, the employee will be able to successfully operate a skid loader and tractor, be able to reverse a single axel implement, and perform per and post maintenance checks. Unit assignment may vary depending on the requirement.

To be eligible for promotion to the next level, you must successfully complete all Level 3 training.

• Lead Milker
• Calf Feeder
• Operator 1

 Note:

• In addition to Job training, ALL employees are required to complete the Human Resource (HR) training and Compliance training.
• All new employees that join ABOVE the level 2 entry level position, must take 2 weeks of Level 2 training prior to starting their position.
