Level 3.2 – Calf Feeder

Course Overview: This is a mid-level course for employees who have completed Level 2 training. This course provides the general training required for Level 3 – Calf Feeder. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate that you have successfully completed the requirements.

To be eligible for promotion to the next level, you must successfully complete all Level 3 training.

Level 3 Training

• Lead Milker
• Calf Feeder
• Operator 1

Note:

• In addition to Job training, ALL employees are required to complete the Human Resource (HR) training and Compliance training.
• All new employees that join ABOVE the level 2 entry level position, must take 2 weeks of Level 2 training prior to starting their position.
