Level 9.1 – General Manager

Course Overview: This is a Senior Management course for employees who have completed Level 8 training. This course provides the general training required for Level 10 – General Manager. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate that you have successfully completed the requirements.

Level 8 and 9 training – Level 8 and 9 training revolves around Team Management, Financial management, and Future Planning.

 Note:

• In addition to Job training, ALL employees are required to complete the Human Resource (HR) training and Compliance training.
