Level 6.4 – Foreman Reproduction Unit

Course Overview: This is a Junior Management course for employees who have completed Level 5 training. This course provides the general training required for Level 6 – Foreman Reproduction Unit. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate that you have successfully completed the requirements.

Level 6 training – Level 6 starts the Junior management level. The Junior Management positions are one of the most critical levels for the success of the farm. In this level you will start to focus on leadership skills and developing the skills of your junior team members.

To be eligible for promotion to the next level, you must successfully complete all Level 6 training.

• Foreman Operations Unit

 Note:

• In addition to Job training, ALL employees are required to complete the Human Resource (HR) training and Compliance training.

All new employees that join ABOVE the level 2 entry level position, must take 2 weeks of Level 2 training prior to starting their position.
